Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Maison Amara purchase. If something’s not quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

How to Qualify for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn, unused, with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Start a Return

To begin the return process, please email us at info@maisonamaradesigns.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send your item back.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note: If you're returning an item from outside the United States, shipping times may vary.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU Customers: 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 3 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
